Old Fashioned Brooklyn Square

Thin, crispy, and unmistakably Brooklyn. Crafted with imported San Marzano tomato sauce and premium whole milk mozzarella, our signature square pizza is baked in our wood-fired oven until perfectly crisp, then finished with fragrant fresh basil and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil for a fresh, vibrant finish. Also available in PIzzette, Baby Ben, Big Ben and Large Classic Round sizes.

Napolitano

Our take on the classic cheese pizza. Crafted with imported San Marzano tomato sauce and premium whole milk mozzarella, then baked in our wood-fired oven until the crust is lightly blistered and the cheese is perfectly melted. Simple, authentic ingredients let the true flavor of our wood-fired pizza shine.

The Big Ben

A Slice of Brooklyn original unlike any other. We handcraft our signature double-layered dough, then top it with imported San Marzano tomato sauce and premium whole milk mozzarella before baking it in our blazing wood-fired oven. The intense heat allows the dough to rise into a light, airy, Sicilian-style crust with a delicate wood-fired finish—without the need for a pan or pre-baking. It's a one-of-a-kind pizza that can only be achieved in a true wood-fired oven.

The Baby Ben

All the flavor of our signature Big Ben in a perfectly personal size. This Slice of Brooklyn original features our handcrafted double-layered dough, topped with imported San Marzano tomato sauce and premium whole milk mozzarella before being baked in our blazing wood-fired oven. The intense heat creates a light, airy, Sicilian-style crust—without a pan or pre-baking. Finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, the Baby Ben is perfect for one or ideal for sharing as an appetizer.

The Sicilian

Traditional, hearty, and unmistakably New York. Our pan-baked Sicilian boasts a thick, airy crust with a beautifully golden base, topped with imported San Marzano tomato sauce, premium whole milk mozzarella, and finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Every bite delivers the comforting flavor of an old-school neighborhood pizzeria.

Rustic Pizzette

Our signature personal-sized wood-fired pizza, handcrafted in a distinctive rectangular shape. Made with the same premium ingredients as our full-size pizzas, every Pizzette is baked in our blazing wood-fired oven to create irresistibly crispy edges, beautifully browned cheese, and the occasional touch of char that only true wood-fired cooking can deliver. Finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, it's perfectly sized for one or ideal for sharing as an appetizer.

Gluten Free Pizzas

All of our styles and Signature Specialty Pizzas can be prepared on our 12" gluten-free rice flour crust.

For guests with gluten sensitivities, we also offer a Gluten-Free Suggestions menu featuring recommended pizzas and other menu items. While we take every reasonable precaution by using dedicated baking racks, pizza cutters, and serving spatulas for our gluten-free pizzas, all pizzas are prepared in the same kitchen and baked in the same wood-fired ovens as our traditional pizzas.
